Shipping Policy

The book is free. You pay $14.95 flat to ship it anywhere we deliver in the United States. Each order is one physical copy.

We ship to street addresses in all 50 United States and Washington, DC.

We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories at this time.

• Tax: any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are usually printed and handed to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

When the carrier confirms your shipment, we'll email you a tracking number at the address you gave at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. We ship to the address you enter. If you spot a mistake, email support@bookcleaningjobs.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to fix it.

If your book doesn't arrive, or shows up damaged, email support@bookcleaningjobs.com within 30 days of your order date. Include your name, your order details, and a photo if the book is damaged. We'll send you a new copy or refund your $14.95, whichever you'd like.

If the carrier sends a package back to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or nobody could accept it, we'll email you. We'll usually refund your full $14.95. If you'd rather have the book, confirm the correct address and we'll reship it at no charge.
