Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to send you the free worksheets, ship your book, and keep in touch. We don't sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

CarpetCleaningCashMachine.com is the website for The Carpet Cleaning Cash Machine by Reuben Rock. The site is run by BookCleaningJobs.com (SearchParty Marketing LLC) — "we", "us" and "our" in this policy. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

When you ask for the free worksheets: your first name and email address.

When you order the free book: your name, email address, shipping address, and any other details the order form asks for (such as a phone number). Your payment for shipping is handled by our checkout and payment providers. This website doesn't store your card details.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you visit the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that sent you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region level). We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.

• To send you the worksheets you asked for.
• To process, ship and support your book order, including receipts and tracking updates.
• To send you practical tips and occasional offers from Reuben and BookCleaningJobs. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds or replacements.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To prevent fraud, keep records we're required to keep, and meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run this site and deliver your order, and only what they need to do that job:

• HighLevel — runs our sign-up form, contact records, emails and checkout.
• Payment processors — handle your shipping payment.
• Printing, fulfillment and shipping partners — receive your name and shipping address so they can print and deliver your book.
• Google — Google Analytics for site statistics. The worksheet downloads are hosted on Google Drive and Google Docs, so Google can see when you open them.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

• Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email support@bookcleaningjobs.com. We'll still send messages about an order you placed, such as receipts and shipping updates.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics in your browser, you can install Google's opt-out add-on.
• Your information: email us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We'll reply within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra privacy rights under your state's law. Email us to use them.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above. You stay on our email list until you unsubscribe. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The site runs over a secure (https) connection, and your sign-up and order details go straight to HighLevel's systems — this website doesn't keep its own copy. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site is for carpet cleaning business owners. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

The site links to other websites, such as BookCleaningJobs.com and Google Docs. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

See our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
