Refund Policy

The book is free, so the only thing you pay for is the $14.95 shipping. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@bookcleaningjobs.com and we'll cancel it and refund the full $14.95.

If your copy arrives damaged or has a printing defect (missing pages, bad binding, smeared print), email us within 30 days of your order date with a photo. We'll replace it or refund your $14.95, whichever you'd like.

The book is free, so you don't need to return it. Keep it, pass it on to a fellow cleaner, or recycle it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up. Your bank or card company may take a little longer.

A refund or cancellation doesn't affect any free digital resources you received with your order. You can keep using them.
